It is hereby notified to all concerned that physical reporting and document verification of all newly admitted students of upgrade round (PHASE I) of 1st  Sem. B.A./B.Sc./B. Com 4-Yr. UG Major (Hons. / Hons. & Research) and 3-Yr. UG Multidisciplinary Programmes for the session 2025-26 will be held in college premises as per the following schedule: -

All concerned students are hereby directed to bring with them the following documents positively for the aforesaid physical reporting and document verification purpose:-

  1. Print outs of the application form, the payment receipt and provisional admission conformation certificate generated from the portal(https://wbcap.in)-2copies

  2. Anti-Ragging Declaration of Students dulysigned by candidate and Anti-Ragging Declaration of Parent duly signed by guardian (available in college portal)

  3. Printout of NAD-Digilocker–ABC-ID (Academic Bank of Credits)

  4. Colour Stamp size photograph (2copies)

  5. School-leaving Certificate (Original)

  6. Secondary/Equivalent Examination Admit Card (Original and 2self-attested photo copies)

  7. Higher Secondary Marksheet (Original and 2self-attested  photo copies)

  8. Higher Secondary Registration (Original and 2self-attested photo copies)

  9. Caste/EWS Certificate, ifany (Original and 2self-attested photo copies)

  10. PH/PWD Certificate, ifany (Original and 2self-attested photo copies)

Important points to be noted:

  1. Reporting for physical document verification is mandatory for all newly admitted 1st Sem. B.A./B.Sc./B.Com 4-Yr. UG Major (H/H&R) and 3-Yr. UG Multidisciplinary Programmes and theymustsubmitalltheaforesaiddocumentstotheirrespectivedepartmentsonthescheduleddate of reporting positively.
  2. Thecandidatureofanycandidatewillstandimmediatelycancelled,ifthecandidatefailstoreport for physical document verification on the scheduled date of reporting.
  3. Under any circumstances, no prayer of any non-reported candidate will be entertained in this regard.
