It is hereby notified to all concerned that Physical Document Verification and V.U. Registration of candidates who have been admitted to 1^st Sem. B.A./B.Sc./B.Com 4-Yr. UG Major (Hons. / Hons. & Research) and 3-Yr. UG Multidisciplinary Programmes after re-opening of U.G. Admission portal (4^th Phase of Admission from 16.09.2023 to 20.09.2023) will be held in Room No: BOT-2 on 27^th September, 2023 (11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.).

1. Application /Admission Form duly signed by candidate and guardian (2 copies)
2. Anti-Ragging Declaration of Students duly signed by candidate and Anti-Ragging Declaration of Parent duly signed by guardian (available in UG Admission portal)
3. Admission Pay-in-Slip (2copies)
4. Print out of NAD-Digilocker – ABC-ID (Academic Bank of Credits)(refer to UG Admission portal regarding process of ABC-ID creation)
5. Colour Stamp size photograph (2copies)
6. School-leaving Certificate (Original)
7. Madhyamik Pariksha/ Equivalent Examination Admit Card (Original and 2self-attested photo copies)
8. Higher Secondary Mark sheet (Original and 2 self-attested photo copies)
9. Higher Secondary Registration (Original and 2 self-attested photo copies)
10. Caste/EWS Certificate, if any (Original and 2 self-attested photo copies)
11. PH/PWD Certificate, if any (Original and 2 self-attested photo copies)

1. All concerned students must positively report for physical document verification and V.U. Registration as per the aforesaid schedule.
2. Students must bring with them all the documents mentioned above positively for the aforesaid physical document verification and V.U. Registration purpose.
